Silo and main feed line

  • Outer frame and tube are made from hot dip galvanized plate that conforms to the state standard （GB/T2518-2008）requirement and has the zinc coating of 275g/m2, to be shaped by mould pressing, being corrosion resistant and beautiful;
  • Blade is made from mixed material of nylon and fiberglass, with high strength, anti-corrosion and it is fixed by bolts, being easy to be dissembled or assembled;
  • Detachable shutter components, with low wind resistance, anti-corrosion, being easier for installation and maintenance;
  • Cross type fan column, with sound structure and reliable operation;
  • Integrated belt wheel and flange sheet, are mouldedby hot pressure casting from high strength hard Al alloy material, being light and high in strength;

The feed system drives the feed to move inside the feed pipe through the rotating spiral spring auger, so as to send the feed to storage devices like silo and hopper; there is a feed sensor at the end of feed line, which controls the start and stop of motor automatically, for the purpose of automatic feeding;

●Drive system: three-phase AC 380V, 50Hz, 0.75KW, protection grade: IP55. ●Hopper: made of spangle-free hot galvanized sheet, with an average zinc layer thickness of 275g/m2. The hopper can be divided into two types according to volume (130L and 240L), which can meet the daily feeding needs of chickens. ●Feeding pipe: rolled with spangle-free hot galvanized sheet, with an average zinc layer thickness of 275g/m2, outer diameter of φ44.5mm and wall thickness of 1.2mm. ●Auger: imported auger from world's top brand, with assured quality and conveying capacity up to 450 Kg/h. ●Feed pan: the feed pan made of PP material with 9 or 5 grills is adopted for male, with an average feeding capacity of 8-9 male per feed pan. ●Lifting system:manual lifting or electric lifting can be selected to adjust the height of feed line.
