Phase I has already commissioned three houses, achieving a leading industry performance of 328 eggs per hen by 72 weeks of age.

  Big Herdsman developed a precision ventilation system tailored to the local climate and ultra-wide house structure, ensuring optimal air quality and a healthy environment for layer growth.
• Fine Environmental Control
  Smart sensors and the BH9200 controller enable real-time monitoring and adjustment of temperature, humidity, and lighting to maintain stable production conditions.
• Efficient Feeding System
  Using a chain-disc main feed line for fast and durable delivery with minimal breakage, paired with a mobile feeding car that ensures even feed distribution and automatic stirring & cleaning for freshness.
• Central Egg Collection
  Three independent central egg collection lines transport fresh eggs smoothly to the egg storage room for automatic packaging,

significantly reducing labor costs and minimizing egg breakage.

A Model of Ecological and Healthy Poultry Farming

The farm adopts dust-free management and antibiotic-free production throughout the laying cycle, improving egg quality while aligning with national policies for antimicrobial reduction in animal husbandry.
