The New Year training held before the Lantern Festival has injected full energy into the Big Herdsman project team.The refinement of professional skills, the deepening of service awareness, and the analysis of typical cases….. every segment has made the weight of the word “service” even heavier.





During the training period, technical experts conducted in-depth explanations on topics such as core product technology, common troubleshooting, and key points of maintenance.The R&D team and after-sales service personnel engaged in face-to-face communication, closely integrating theoretical knowledge with practical operations, allowing every service member to take a step further in their professional field.The training focused on typical cases in actual work—from equipment installation and commissioning to operation and maintenance, and from emergency fault handling to regular maintenance suggestions—each case representing a precious accumulation of experience.
