Deputy Director-General Zuo Lingling of the National Animal Husbandry Station and Her Delegation Visit Big Herdsman

On April 11, Zuo Lingling, Deputy Director-General of the National Animal Husbandry Station, along with Wan Qiang, Director of the Animal Husbandry Production Guidance Division, Zhu Feng, Deputy Director-General of the Shandong Provincial Animal Husbandry Station, Sha Jianlin, Deputy Director of the Qingdao Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Liang Liang, Director of the Animal Husbandry Division, and Zhou Wei, Director of the Municipal Animal Husbandry Workstation, visited Big Herdsman Machinery (Jiaozhou) Co., Ltd. for research and guidance. Li Xiusong, Vice President of Big Herdsman and Dean of the Livestock and Poultry Engineering Research Institute, participated in the reception and provided accompanying explanations.

The purpose of this research visit was to gain an in-depth understanding of the current status of intelligent and standardized development in livestock and poultry farming equipment, with a focus on the technological innovation and application promotion of livestock and poultry farming machinery, so as to provide practical references for the formulation of national livestock equipment policies and the high-quality development of the industry.

Zuo Lingling and her delegation successively visited Big Herdsman’s Intelligent Technology Experience Center, R&D laboratory, and equipment sample room. They listened in detail to the company’s report on its innovative achievements in intelligent livestock and poultry farming equipment, advanced farming models, and waste gas treatment technologies. Deputy Director-General Zuo fully affirmed the progress made by our company in key technology breakthroughs, intelligent farming system integration, and environmental protection equipment research and development. She encouraged the enterprise to continue playing a leading role in technology and to continuously upgrade livestock equipment toward greener, smarter, and more efficient directions.

After the visit, the leaders, drawing on their professional expertise, expressed high recognition of the achievements Big Herdsman has made in the mechanization and intelligentization of livestock machinery, and offered constructive suggestions. They pointed out that Big Herdsman should continue to strengthen scientific and technological innovation, closely align with the development needs of modern animal husbandry, promote the deep integration of intelligent equipment with actual production, and contribute greater strength to improving the overall level of China’s livestock equipment and supporting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
