Traditional laying duck farming is often associated with "water surfaces," "muddy grounds," and "labor-intensive" practices. Today, however, an "apartment building for laying ducks," standing eight stories high and operating entirely on land, is running efficiently. In this edition of "On-Site Decoding," we visit the Jiangsu Digital & Intelligent Duck Project to see how Big Herdsman redefines laying duck farming, pushing it towards new heights of intensification, intelligence, and cleanliness through the precise collaboration of six major systems.

On December 2, 2025, the process promotion meeting for the "Integrated Pilot Project on Precision Feeding Equipment for Aquaculture" was successfully held at Big Herdsman Machinery (Jiaozhou) Co., Ltd. This meeting aimed to bring together the core participating units of the project, report on the phased achievements, discuss collaborative research plans, and accelerate the transition of precision feeding technology from the laboratory to practical applications in large-scale aquaculture.

Recently, the large-scale 1200-sow farm project in Vietnam, meticulously built and provided with full EPC services by Big Herdsman, has been fully completed and officially delivered to the client for operation. Currently, the nursery, farrowing, gestation, and gilt houses have all welcomed their "new residents," marking a milestone success for this international project!
