Senior Vice President Zheng Shuli delivered a keynote speech titled “Review History, Inspire Life“. Focusing on four core aspects – “Big Herdsman’s entrepreneurship history“,”Excellent employee standards“, “Educational philosophy” and “Common growth“– he started with the concept of professionalism, using vivid stories of the company’s seniors to vividly interpret the standards of professional new employees, lighting the way for the New Elites’ role transformation.

Dr. Li Xiusong, Director of Big Herdsman Livestock and Poultry Intelligent Breeding Research Institute, deeply interpreted “The Application and Development of New Productivity in Livestock and Poultry Breeding Engineering“. He analyzed layer by layer from the industry status quo, Big Herdsman’s leading technological position to the future development blueprint, and re-emphasized Big Herdsman’s firm mission of “making breeding simple, reliable, green and efficient“, showing the unlimited potential of smart agriculture.
