Another warm and unforgettable parent-child open day event
was held at Qingdao Big Herdsman.
“Love Your Family, Love You, Love at Big Herdsman”
The first session of the 2025 Summer Open Day
saw family members walk into the company,
experience their loved ones’ working environment and tasks in person,
and spend a time filled with joy and warmth together.

The event has started!

Zheng Shuli, Senior Vice President of Big Herdsman, and Zhang Wei, General Manager of PBU,
delivered speeches for this session.
They extended a warm welcome to the arrival of employees’ relatives,
noting that the children’s parents are all excellent employees
and the most important role models in the children’s growth.

“What is Mom and Dad’s company like?”
“In what kind of environment do chicks and piglets grow up?”
With these questions, Big Herdsman’s parent-child open day
welcomed a group of special “guests”.
The children actively interacted, performed talents,
and transformed into outstanding “little experts”.

Children and adults visited
Big Herdsman’s automated production workshop and sample room,
gaining a deeper understanding
of their parents’ occupations.

Time for games!

Children and adults actively participated in
various interesting games prepared by the company,
such as ring toss, archery, curling, parent-child ball throwing…
They enjoyed the parent-child interaction brought by the games,
received carefully prepared gifts and toys,
and every child’s face flushed with excitement,
with endless giggles and laughter!
Although the happy day passed quickly,
the children gained a lot!

On this day,
“Big Herdsman” became a meaningful word.
It represents connection —
a connection that not only exists between employees
but also extends deep into every family.
We share common goals and aspirations,
striding forward toward a similarly bright future!
