Vietnam Project Progressing Steadily: Big Herdsman’s BH785 Cage System and Fermentation Tanks Work Together to Improve Farming Efficiency

Introdução

In Vietnam, a large-scale laying hen project equipped with Big Herdsman’s advanced farming equipment is progressing steadily. The project plans to build 9 modern layer houses and equip them with 6 large organic fertilizer fermentation tanks. Currently, 5 houses have been successfully completed and put into operation, with 4 fermentation tanks installed, housing a total of 300,000 laying hens.

Customer Visits, Widely Praised

To help customers maximize the use of valuable land resources and optimize overall farming operations, Big Herdsman designed and implemented the BH785 cage system, increasing the capacity of each house from the traditional ground-based 20,000 birds to 60,000 birds. The BH785 cage system not only boasts high space utilization, but its design also emphasizes operational convenience and smooth ventilation, effectively ensuring farming efficiency.

In addition to the advanced cage system, the project is also equipped with Big Herdsman’s fermentation tank system, which achieves full harmless treatment of chicken manure, effectively deodorizing and enhancing its value, further increasing the farm’s profitability.

Customer Visits, Widely Praised

As the first customer in Vietnam to adopt Big Herdsman’s BH785 cage system and fermentation tanks, the project has demonstrated efficient farming models and stable operations since its partial launch. It has attracted many local and regional farming practitioners for visits and exchanges. Customers have given positive feedback on the enhanced farming efficiency and standardized management brought by the BH785 system.

Conclusão

According to the client’s overall plan, a total of 13 layer houses are scheduled for upgrade. Five have been completed so far. Big Herdsman will continue to provide support to help the client achieve the remaining construction goals. The smooth progress of this project not only marks the successful application of Big Herdsman’s equipment in the Vietnamese market, but also reaffirms our mission to make farming simple, reliable, environmentally friendly, and efficient.
