Big Herdsman 2025 Technical Team Training Successfully Concludes

When technology collides with ideas, and learning sparks motivation, a grand journey of growth unfolds for the Big Herdsman R&D team.
Themed “Empowering Through Learning, Building the Future Together,” the 2025 Technical Team Training program has officially concluded. Over the two-day event, more than 220 R&D professionals gathered to recharge and upskill—injecting fresh vitality into Big Herdsman’s innovation journey.

Strategic Leadership & Practical Wisdom Sharing

President Mr. Tian’s Strategic Opening Address

On Day 1, President Mr. Tian Manchang opened the session with the theme “Unite Our Hearts, Grow Together.” He emphasized that “Technology is the backbone” and outlined the company’s core strategic vision—
“Seize the trend, think globally,” while staying true to the principles of open innovation, customer-first, и mutual service.
He encouraged the team to remain grateful and humble while serving clients, never compromising on quality:
“Don’t accept, transmit, or produce unqualified products.”
For team development, Mr. Tian urged the R&D division to:

• Be down-to-earth and continuously improve.
• Start small and build long-term momentum.
• Be bold in breaking through technical bottlenecks.

Mr. Zheng’s Battle-Tested Expertise

Building on Mr. Tian’s foundation, Senior Vice President and Director of R&D Center Mr. Zheng Shuli delivered a powerful technical session titled “Inheriting the Craft, Advancing the Mission – Lessons from a Seasoned Engineer.”
With over 30 years of experience in livestock equipment development, Mr. Zheng shared lesser-known R&D stories, real-case lessons, and practical “pitfall-avoiding” strategies.
From project breakthroughs to product upgrades, every detail resonated with hands-on wisdom. Participants described the session as “high-value and deeply inspiring.”

Dryland Curling – Strengthening Team Bonding

In the afternoon, a lively “Dryland Curling” team-building game sparked enthusiasm across the floor.Through tactical collaboration and competition, teams relieved mental pressure, enhanced mutual trust, strengthened their sense of responsibility, honor, and synergy—laying a solid foundation for future technical collaboration.

Expert Guidance – Unlocking the R&D Puzzle

If Day 1 focused on internal knowledge inheritance, Day 2 spotlighted external wisdom infusion.
Big Herdsman invited renowned corporate training expert Mr. Zhao Ji to deliver a session on “How to Enhance R&D Capability.”

Instead of abstract theory, Mr. Zhao dissected capability building through “concept breakdown” to” actionable methods”,covering topics such as R&D process optimization, Cultivating innovation thinking, Applying problem-solving tools in real scenarios. Real-world industry cases made the session vivid and applicable. Participants not only understood “what to do”, but more importantly, learned “how to do it.”
